We didn’t build this house for everyone. We built it for one. One buyer who loves it as much as we do.
This brand new custom home is dripping with all the traditional Craftsman details you’d expect in a 100 year-old home. From exposed rafter tails and faux attic vents to corbels and lap siding. All painted in a historical arts & crafts dark green and lit with a romantic gas lantern.
Not a single detail was missed in the living space. Engineered oak floors, windows framed in seven piece Craftsman trim, solid core doors and even columns finished with more corbels. An extensive lighting package features Art Deco style fixtures that compliment the vintage 1920s feel of the design. Gather in the formal living room around the hassle-free gas fireplace for warm conversation and laughter. The traditional layout also includes a separate dining room that connects to the kitchen through a wallpapered Butler’s pantry, complete with a combination wine & beverage fridge and sink.
The kitchen is a sight to behold with painted green and dark stained oak cabinetry. The upgraded appliance package includes a built-in refrigerator and a six burner 36 inch range.
